LLIP coordinates four active working groups that bring together community partners to improve newcomer integration across key areas:
Community and Social Inclusion Working Group: Focused on improving newcomers' access to essential community systems like housing and transportation, while building a warm sense of belonging.
Employment Working Group: Dedicated to reducing systemic barriers in the job market, fostering career development, and collaborating with local employers to support newcomer talent.
Health Working Group: Working to ensure equitable access to physical and mental healthcare services by providing key resources and supporting local health providers.
Language Working Group: Focused on enhancing integration by improving newcomer access to English and French language learning programs and resources, and helping community stakeholders engage more effectively with language learners.

The working groups each have their own, dedicated section of the website (accessed from the homepage) with related resources, helpful links, and a “hub” where materials produced by the working groups are found.
